BUS 415 - Essentials of Market Research (3 Credits) Prerequisite: BUS 315 and BUS 310 or MATH 215 or other approved statistics course This course will provide students with the knowledge necessary to understand how businesses use marketing data and information, and the research tools and techniques to solve marketing problems and identify marketing opportunities. Students will learn about the marketing research process, secondary data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), qualitative and quantitative research, research designs, sampling, scale measurement, questionnaire design, and data analysis techniques.
