Prerequisite: None Using organization and management theory as a foundation, students will learn how to administer a comprehensive organizational structure that supports and promotes a well articulated mission. Practical procedures, relevant resources, and specific guidelines will be offered to aid in the process of coming to “know” and lead an early childhood program.
